Design & Planning
Scope, materials and structural details are finalized so everyone is building from the same picture.

Build
Ground-up construction by the Blue Ridge Builders team, with the owner involved throughout.

Walkthrough & Handoff
A final walkthrough together before the project is closed out and handed over.
