Who we are
Blue Ridge Builders is a general contractor led by owner Bryan Brady, based in Prosper, TX and serving the surrounding area within a 40-mile radius. We specialize in ground-up garages, workshops, pre-engineered metal buildings, post-frame pole barns, and ADUs, with additional capability in custom homes and barndominiums.
The focus is new construction. That means the structure is planned, built and handed over as one project — site work, foundation, structure, exterior and finish-out coordinated by the same team rather than scattered across separate contractors you have to manage yourself.
Bryan stays personally involved through the build, which keeps decisions and answers moving instead of stalling in a chain of hand-offs.

Our service area covers Prosper, TX and the surrounding area within a 40-mile radius — a large part of the North Texas and Dallas–Fort Worth region. That includes suburban lots and rural acreage, which call for very different approaches to site work, access and foundation design.
